Our Services

Pioneer Athletics offers science-based approach to functional fitness through strength training, conditioning, and endurance.  It prides itself on its unique selling point and special amenities that sets it apart from other fitness centers in the area.

To better serve our clients' needs and elevate their member experience, Pioneer Athletics manages membership matters, sign-ups, renewals, queries, and online class bookings through this website.  In this regard, we collect and process your Data for various authorized and/or legitimate purposes ("the Purposes") such as, but not limited to:​ meeting our obligations to you as our client and/or as user of this website, as well as to our other clients/members, when availing of any of our products and/or services; complying with our legal obligations;​ assisting our clients and/or members;​ addressing inquiries;​ sending advisories;​ improving our products, services, and/or processes;​ engaging the services of our vendors or suppliers or other third parties;​ developing client or member engagement programs;​ data analytics and profiling; ​sending of marketing communications; and other legitimate commercial or business purposes.

Data We Collect and Process

Depending on the service you require or the type of engagement you will have with us, the Data we collect from you and process may include but not limited to your name, age, gender, address, contact number, email address, date of birth, employment-related information, image of your ID, information present on your ID, images that may contain your Data, your image or photograph, medical history or health-related information, educational background, government-issued data, and others.

How We Collect and Process Your Data

The Data Privacy Act defines “processing” as “any operation or any set of operations performed upon personal information including, but not limited to, the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.”  Your Data may be collected in any of the following instances: during your face-to-face transaction with us; when you accomplish an online paper or form; or when transacting with us online or via phone.  Processing of your Data is only performed only by authorized Pioneer Athletics personnel, agents, representatives, and/or  duly-appointed third-party service providers for authorized or legitimate purposes.  Depending on the transaction or engagement, Pioneer Athletics uses your Data on an “as is” basis and without further processing.  When necessary, your Data may be subjected to additional processing before it is used for authorized or legitimate purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

Only authorized P1oneer Athletics personnel, agents, or representatives are granted access to your Data. The Data collected via the internet or other electronic methods are stored in a secure database, while physical records containing Data are stored in locked filing cabinets.

We will not share your Data with third parties unless necessary for the above-mentioned Purposes and, whenever applicable, only after your consent is obtained.  Such third parties may include our business partners, service providers, contractors, and any similar entities. Any Data shared with such third parties shall also be covered by the appropriate agreement to ensure that all Data are adequately safeguarded.​  We may disclose your Data when required by law or court order, or as requested by government, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement authorities, or in good faith disclosure that is otherwise necessary or advisable including and without limitation to protecting the rights or properties of Pioneer Athletics. Minors

Our website is intended only for persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We neither offer products or services to, nor knowingly collect personal data of, persons below the age of eighteen (18) years (“Minors”) without any legal basis. Pioneer Athletics retains the your Data only for the period required in relation to the Purposes and/or for the period allowed under the applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act.
