Service Description
Prime (Fundamentals) Starting a fitness journey or improving baseline strength and conditioning. Caters to individuals who are just starting their fitness journey or for anyone who just wants to improve their baseline strength and conditioning. Focuses on the primary compound movements and accessory workouts that aims to improve an individual’s mind-to-muscle connection (MMC) to improve their physical capacity outside of the fitness space. Core (Intermediate) A well-rounded functional fitness routine For individuals who seek a well-rounded functional fitness routine and want to take their fitness further. Can comprise of strength movements, olympic weightlifting, gymnastic skills, and other compound movements depending on the training regimen that will be done in cycles throughout a certain training block.
Cancellation Policy
Can book a class a week before class starts. Latest booking is 6 hours before class starts. Can cancel booking 6 hours before class starts. Can reschedule class 6 hours before class starts.
